Absolutely! You can use half a teaspoon of turmeric powder instead of grated turmeric. It’s really up to you. Personally, I drink one glass right after I wake up and, if I’m home, another in the late afternoon.

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer here since everyone’s needs are different. It’s best to listen to your body and incorporate cortisol mocktails into your routine as you see fit. Some people find daily consumption beneficial, while others prefer to enjoy them occasionally as a special treat.

This turned out great, although I did make a few changes. I made everything in the crockpot, starting with the olive oil, garlic, carrots, celery, and onion powder (I didn’t have any onion) on high. After adding the remaining ingredients (dried shiitake mushrooms instead of white mushrooms and an extra 1/3 cup of lentils), cooking on low for 7 hours. I also added a 1/2 t smoked paprika and 1/4 t smoked African salt prior to serving. Delicious! I will definitely make this again.
